The company is focused on changing the way events and member organizations are managed. While their software does the heavy lifting, businesses can stay focused on building organization revenue, member development, and increasing event attendance. Organizations using their system report success in doing more events with less staff and improvement in member & participant experiences

Background

Integrio had been engaged in other projects of Jonas Software subsidiaries when 123Signup began looking for a software development partner as their cooperation with another company providing development resources ceased to be productive. In 2015 Integrio started working with 123Signup. The scope of task included code refactoring and rewriting, modernizing legacy components to achieve higher stability and better convenience in terms of updating the application and functionality updates.

Solution

After holding a comprehensive code audit, Integrio experts detected the parts to be rebuilt from scratch. Besides recovering the source code and modernizing legacy components, Integrio created a new UI and new functionality, including:

Event & membership management modules covering all the aspects of event management operations including creating membership plans, creating and scheduling events and more;
Donation module including ad banner management system to automate the process of advertising donation opportunities online and manage the donations;
Reporting and analytics;
Visual website builder that allows the users easily create landing websites of their events;
Billing and POS integration;
3rd party services integration and API for integration.

As a result, the clients of 123Signup are enjoying using the refreshed version of the application. With the new interface and new features users enjoy the modern look and feel of the system. The new improved functionality allows 123Signup remain to be one of the leaders in the field of software solutions for event and member management.
